Fencing
Every week before fencing practice I have a slice of pizza for dinner. Then I feel all weighed down and gross during fencing. Next week I am just going to bring some special K and some yogurt and mix the two together. Perhaps this way I will feel all light weight and fenceable. And maybe this way I will be able to focus during fencing. I find that whenever exercises and drills are being explained I cannot focus. Often when I am doing drills I cannot focus, I just end up thinking of many different things, like how I really want to try to make a watermellon smoothie, but I don't want the ingridients to go bad if I don't use them all. That is the crappy part of cooking just for me, it seems to be a constant race against food expiring.
